Method
How to make a Par-Tee at Paris 2024

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Add the gin, sugar syrup, cream, egg white, lime juice, and passion fruit juice to a shaker
Shake well without ice to combine the ingredients and create a froth
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled
Double strain the mixture into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon zest
