Method
How to make a The Bolt Lightning

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Fill a lowball glass with ice cubes
Pour 50ml of white rum over the ice
Add 15ml of lime juice
Top up with 120ml of ginger beer
Stir gently to combine
Garnish with a lime wedge
