Method
How to make a Parisian Surf Splash

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Fill a shaker with ice
Add 60ml of Coconut rum, 30ml of Lemon Juice, and 15ml of Vanilla Essence
Shake well until chilled
Strain into a Hurricane glass filled with ice
Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint
