Cocktails inspired by the autumn leaves
Jump to
You know autumn is on its way when September hits. The days may still feel warm, but those nights are cooling down, and the shops are filled with woolly jumpers and chunky coats.
But don't despair! Autumn isn't all bad! Especially when you've got these tasty drinks to cheer you up, inspired by the beautiful colours of the falling leaves.
Orange Margarita
If you love a Margarita in the sunshine, this orange version will help you slip into the autumn months effortlessly! Made with tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and orange juice, it tastes so lovely that you won't even notice those earlier nights setting in!
Something Red
You know summer is well and truly over when the red leaves arrive. These bright bold beauties stand out for miles amongst the other colours, so celebrate with a red cocktail like this one! Made up of Pernod, brandy, gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup, this strong beverage is super tasty and perfect for the beginning of autumn.
Lady Brown
The brown leaves might not be the prettiest, but they are the noisiest, which makes them the best ones to crunch underfoot! We think this is a good enough reason to celebrate them with a cocktail! Lady Brown is a simple concoction of gin, Blue Bols and lemon juice, which mix together to make a sweet but murky drink.
Green Fantasy
If you find yourself dreaming of the days when the leaves were all still green, this cocktail could be the one for you! This Midori-based drink is also made up of gin, vermouth, lemonade, and lime cordial, which makes for a very green mixture indeed!

Maple Leaf
This drink is like a maple leaf has fallen off the tree straight into your glass! With the sticky sweetness that you might expect, its made of bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup! Indulgent, delicious, and perfect for autumn!
Keep those autumn blues away with these yummy drinks, designed to give you rose-tinted glasses on grey days!
